I called the 800 number that was in a paper advertising the national tracker association. I called and talked to a woman who said that the company had been in business for a long time.
She took my name, phone number and $98.00 over the phone. I asked her while on the phone if this was something that I was not interested in could I cancel. Of course.
When I received the packet I found that you needed to be in the program for 90 days before you could get a refund. I tried it and received no response from anyone.
When I filled out the necessary paperwork to get my refund. I receive a letter two weeks later stating they still need 5 more lengthy pieces of information to reveive my refund.
This process went on until after Christmas. I wrote a letter requesting refund or I was going to seek other means of action. On February 9 I received my "written confirmation" of denial of such request.
