I have been out of contract for over 1 year and have not lived in an area where there is one of their contracted centers for over 6 months. I called and made a special trip to the center 3 times to cancel the charges being taken out of my account. Wrote letters to the management and was never told by the local center to contact National Fitness. Finally another member told me about them. Please note, when I initially contracted with the Center, they were NOT the Financial company holding my contract!
I called and emailed last month to get the charges stopped... Was told that was it and they would be stopped. Now here it is again... I call again... New story. It takes 30 days to stop!
Never, ever sign up with anyone if National Fitness is their Financial carrier... You will be ripped off!
