I'd not purchase something out of this shop. I requested a menorah (around $179) in March like a present. It came in Australia in May and also the container was ruined and damaged, using the menorah protruding. I got pictureis before starting the container since I thought poor people presentation had risked the security of the menorah - that was established once unpacked. Again I delivered Denise images and he or she explained to publish it back. I said she'dnot returned me for that first shipping ($68) and he or she stated she'd return me-both quantities on bill of the 2nd menorah. Right now used to donot claim since my buddyis bat-mitzvah present was weeks late and that I simply needed it to be achieved easily. Denise explained she'd deliver the menorah immediately-this period, and never delay to get the defective one back. She also stated since the airmail was therefore costly I ought to deliver it back by ocean and he or she might return me for several shipping ($113) once it'd appeared. Well it's today annually and many emails and calls (at my price) to Israel have already been overlooked. Last I noticed in January that Mary was still considering it. It's today July. Firstly they respected me to deliver the defective products back and that I respected them to return the shipping. Besides poor support, trouble of providing an extremely belated present, I've needed to pursue up bad debts - there's been no work to make sure I'm a content ongoing client.
