Refuses to refund money for product sent back

I'm pissed! In Nov, I received a positive cargo which my spouse decided she was not likely to utilize it anymore. And so I named customer support and had them stop my bill. The Client support representative stated the consideration couldn't be shut completely due towards the excellent balance due. I advised her that my spouse was not likely to utilize it, and questioned easily might deliver it back. The CS representative stated that I really could deliver it back and also the quantity could be acknowledged, and my consideration could be shut entirely. I delivered the cargo back inside a couple months of getting it. (Nicely inside the 60-day reimbursement interval)

And So I obtain a statement January 24th declaring that my cost is 2 weeks overdue. I contact CS again, plus they inform me they received/prepared my delivered cargo on January 20th. However they stated this day was outside the 60-days for that cash back guarantee, so that they wouldn't credit my bill. They explained I really could purchase the total amount plus they might deliver it back again to my home. I told them used to donot want to buy, and given that they had the unopened item why could not they simply credit the consideration. She extended to inform me they'dnot credit the consideration. I the talked having an "consideration expert" who explained the same. I asked why it got nearly 2 weeks in order for them to obtain and approach my return, plus they explained it typically takes about 4-6 months to approach the return. So that they explained when they did not receive / approach it within 60-days then I actually donot get my cash back. I'm! @#$ pissedoff today, simply because they possess the item I delivered to them, but wont credit my consideration simply because they were to sluggish to maneuver points along rapidly. Seems in my experience like they simply consider thier period "running" returns to ensure you're caught spending money on it whether you prefer it or not. The very best they are able to do is deliver the merchandise back again to my home!!! I'm never offering other people a great overview of positive, (oh, as well as utilized properyly it generally does not work).
