I requested two Comark thermometers they had described and explained on the site.
They sent me two thermometers which were not COMARK. These were not much better than the COMARK plus they weren't like the COMARK. There is an outline of the thermometer these were designed to deliver. Those they delivered rather than the COMARK didn't complement the explanation on the site. I think about this FAKE MARKETING.
I called customer support regarding this problem. They mentioned "we've several providers we get our items from, that you don't usually get what's proven within the image" I mentioned " not just was it-not as imagined, it had been never as explained". Customer support stated they'd send the right types. I mentioned, "Oh, and so I can get the COMARK thermometers then?" customer support couldn't assure that I'd obtain the COMARK manufacturer thermometer.
I said "the only real cause I requested them is basically because I needed the COMARK manufacturer, as proven and explained within your advertisement. Easily can't-get what I requested or that which you display and explain, I'd instead simply return these, and obtain what I'd like elsewhere". Customer support stated ok, she'd obtain a return authorization amount, and info on delivering the things back. She was to email me the info. I stated "Can I obtain a COMPLETE REFUND including delivery?" customer support stated "INDEED"
The RA# was e mailed in my experience with instructions to come back the things. Within the instructions it mentioned that I'd need to spend my very own return shipment. Additionally it mentioned that I'd be acknowledged just for the price of the things delivered minus 20% restocking charge, and never the shipping of $9.53 they charged me to deliver them.
I called customer support again, before I delivered the things, declaring my issues concerning the return policy.
Customer support mentioned "that's only a computer-generated return policy". She assured me that I'd obtain a COMPLETE REUND including their delivery price.
Ok I returned the things. It only charge me $2.43 to come back the things, which was having a "Delivery Confirmation Bill" in the Postoffice. They charged me $9.53 delivery to deliver the things. Number this 1 out.
Therefore, it required two times in order for them to get the products. They simply e mailed me a stated they received the things, plus they might utilize credit to my charge card. The credit these were implementing was just the price of the things, not the delivery! WHAT???
I approached them twice concerning the delivery charge credit. Both occasions I had been guaranteed I'd receive THE ENTIRE CREDIT.
The corporation is just a RIP OFF
They FALSE PROMOTE plus they LAY
