I attempted to-order my wedding invites from mygatsby.com, and had a dreadful knowledge. I'd invested lots of time creating my announcements, and had them preserved on the site. Then they updated their website, and that I was not able to access might work and so I needed to begin at block one again (customer support explained it was a "glitch.") I rebuilt my invitations, and attempted to see a shade proof online, but could not. CS explained it had been another "glitch, " however they would deliver me a black and bright email evidence at no cost (they cost for dark-and-bright actual proofs, many businesses do not) easily went forward and positioned my purchase, encouraging me they'dn't cost my card. I attempted to enter my handles (delivery and payment) but could not work through the billing target site, it had been stating they did not deliver to PO boxes... I named CS once more plus they explained they "had never heard about somebody lacking a postal company container at their property" which there is "no way around it." Then why request individual payment and delivery details??? Another glitch... Good announcements, horrible site, worse customer support.
