I received an email advertisement from zBiddy stating that thousands of people in Tel Aviv are saving "thousands of dollars" by bidding through zBiddy. I attempted to sign-up and asked for confirmation that this service was available in Israel. Well, the service is not available outside the U.S.A. And they suggested I contact them by the free phone they gave me. It is not a free phone from Israel and I finally got them to agree to a refund. A confirmation will be sent by email.
But then I read the complaints by the other folk on this site and saw that I was also "taken-in" by the sign-up" and then had $159 deducted.
I will have to contact my credit card supplier regarding this transaction. The whole "chat" conversation was recorded including the statement that the refund is being processed despite the original statement that refunds for bids are not available. It is miss leading.in the press they appear to be getting very good reviews.
