Horrible customer service innaccurate information takes more than 5-7 days to process

Received time sensitive invitations the day before the shower. The date I ordered was 1/11, I received them 1/28. The shower was 1/29. I ordered these invitations on 1/11, according to the website it would take 5-7 days to process. I received an email that stated they would send a proof in 3-4 business days. I received the proof on the 17. Thinking that they would still get in on time, I approved the proof and asked when I could expect them. I did not hear back from them so on the 20th I requested them to cancel my order because I had to find a local vendor to get the invites out in time. They stated that they could not and that they would not issue a refund. I attempted multiple times to convince Madi & Company to refund my money and cancel the order, and they refused. I received the order on the 28th of January, the shower was on the 29th. It took 17 days to get an order I expected in 5-7 business days and not only did I have to purchase NEW invites, I was out 72.50 for the invites I could not use!
