I requested wedding invites on April 14 straight from Birchcraft Oulet. They instantly required the cash out-of my bank account. After 14 days, I had been informed they'd dropped my purchase, and might hurry it to become shipped in 7 days. 7 days later, no announcements. Guaranteed they were publishing them once we talked and might overnight them to become received thursday or friday. Obviously, no announcements. I named them-and was informed the manufacturing supervisor was in a gathering plus they might contact me that morning ("I Guarantee"). No-Call. I named them back 24 hours later and also the customer support broker explained that she'd examine to determine if "he" had started publishing them however. I terminated my purchase at this time since my wedding was 51/2 months away and that I had no announcements actually being published. I expected to get a reimbursement, quickly visited the neighborhood art shop and invested one more $110.00 along with a VERY DEMANDING week creating my own personal. Today, after not recieving my reimbursement per week later, have already been informed the organization went out-of company which this customer support company is contracted-out by Birchcraft. They do not understand something more!!!
