I've been having sporadic rate problems on CenturyLink DSL for all weeks. They often solve themselves, and so I haven't obtained the full time to contact before this week, because of the period involved with speaking together. Mon evening, I really could not flow movies for that online course I'm getting (I've 6 Mbps download rate), and so I named. The very first repetition reset my device slightly and that I dropped all web connection. Then he proceeded to inform me he believed the problem without any connection was the community card in my own pc. (full-speed at times, slow-speed at times, but usually a connection till HE reset the device; then no link. Yes, its clearly my pc!) So, after being excessively rude, he moved me. Next man was very useful, went some diagnostics and explained that there is an ATM problem within their community as well as their technicians might consider it. It got only afraid of 2 hours to obtain there. Therefore, Friday my spouse shows me that there is no link all of the evening. I went their speedtest and got figures within the 1 Mbps along and 0.1 Mbps up variety. I called again. After about 10 units having a woman, she stated she'd to move me.
