After a few visits to the site, I was blocked access unless I paid

I joined the website at no cost. Following a few appointments towards the website, I had been blocked entry until I settled. I chose to register to get a month, next month, the same began occurring, some times it'd permit me in, additional times it'd need me to pay for to be able to access my bill. Today I am attempting to remove my consideration, and also the website won't permit it.
