AT&T DSL online sites continues to be excessively unreliable in Bay Area. I've taken care of 6 Mbps and am fortunate to obtain 1 Mbps. Approached AT&T support representatives five times in fourteen days (many dropped calls after being on-hold for 20 minutes). Ultimately got to a repetition who held recommending it had been on my aspect of the point. I'd not allow him off the point till he did further inspections and planned a specialist to go to. The download rate did appear to 4.9 Mbps following the phone, therefore the problem isn't on my aspect of the point. I don't trust AT&T in order to aid reliable DSL connection.
