CenturyLink/Hi-Speed Internet
Internet and Customer Service are both Horrible

Where do I begin? I began observing issues every evening with my DSL rate and ping... And so I went some assessments at SpeedTest.net, showing to become accurate... I purchase 10 megs, but every evening at about 9pm and closing around 12pm, the pace falls from 9 mbps right down to occasionally below 1mbps...

I began by contacting the company... My telephone documents may quickly show I've invested more than 6 hours about the telephone with this specific organization, and LARGE SURPRISE! -I've gotten nowhere

Two specialists have delivered me about the "ftp problem" in safe-mode... Both have recognized that there surely is a large issue using the pace... And both have completely failed.

The 2nd of those men is giving out a technology together with his own pc and their own device to check the traces... BUT YOU KNOW WHAT PERIOD?!!? No not in the designated period at night... Yes earlier within the evening... When stated 9 mbps has been offered...

Along with this I do want to note the minute friend kept saying he was reading that DSL sound that just happens when theres a telephone connected... After I described often that I devoted a phone-line... (work on my own) in the NID right to the Device... No Telephones

There appears to be an amount of mess that's unprecedented with this particular organization... And that I feel like this company understands that it'll drop quickly therefore it simply doesnt care... (simply the feel I'm acquiring) Our several emails have eliminated unlogged by said organization... I've connected speedtest documents that are returned off devoted CenturyLink machines in my own region in my own emails and delivered them to CenturyLink... Numerous times.

Main Point Here for me. I'm likely to a 3g usb-if possible... I really could flow a football game with my mlb at-bat application on my mobile iphone... So when i tried to flow exactly the same sport on my pc from my "10mbps" broadband link... It leaped all around the darn spot... Ideally I'm still linked in the end this writing.
