I have had AT&T dsl without any phone-line for 4 weeks now. The very first 2 months were affected with failures and falls, I'd my fundamental device changed three times and lastly the final technology man that settled a trip, my 4th visit in under 2 weeks, offered me a 2wire modem at no cost. Same issues endured with that device aswell, dsl might fall 6-12 times each day, mainly during the night, and rates were regularly delaying with time based on numerous velocity check I've completed often daily. Subsequently about 3 months ago-all the issues vanished, simply to resurface the final 3-4 times. The final technology recommended I push along from 6MB support to 3MB, I had been likely to do that nowadays, Saturday September 12, but nobody was around to complete it in my own area marketplace, needed to wait til Friday. Several hours later I observed my download rates fallen to 1MB an dhave remained there going back 5-6 hours, really the final 3approximately times rates have now been really low, and so I named again today about that being I forgot to say it about the earlier phone about changing deals. I eventually cope with to some individual after 20 units of BS using the automatic garbage and commence to inform the ATT individual my problems. Before we're able to actually reach the pace issue, she advised me a brand new purchase for 6MB support continues to be put into my name. HUH? She stated documents present I put an order for 6MB support, anything I've previously had for more than 4 weeks, on Friday September 10th. WHAT!? Therefore today rather than having periodic dsl falls and terrible download rates all weekend, I will have to speculate exactly what the heck is certainly going on about that secret support being requested. After 4 weeks Iam going to quit currently, when the rates, falls which new purchase aren't solved very first thing Friday morning, Iam completed with these fuckers. Back again to Constitution I'll proceed, then once they go broke I'll need to go with clearwire, never as quick but trusted and cheaper.
