I m filing paperwork for small claims with DSLextreme. To try and make a long story short, they decided to start an unauthorized account after a conversation about possible service interest. After about 20 calls to stop the bills and authorizations (I can't receive service from them because of my desolate location,) they are charging me $400 on an account I NEVER AUTHORIZE THEM TO START. If you have any bill dispute with them, good luck. To quote the supervisor, "We don't give refunds." You've been warned. Warning: If they ask for your credit card for whatever reason, do not give it to them. That's where my problems started.
