I recently signed up with DMR and after about one month I started having a problem with my point to point line. My it person said it was their line. I called customer service who tested the line and said that there were no problems and it was my issue. They came out and tested the line a second time and did tests to show the problem was not the line. Their tech worked with my it person to troubleshoot the issue. It turned out my router had failed. DMR provided me a new router at their cost to get my service up and running.
