Sir:
I don't know how this happened. I don't or haven't ordered anything on the internet in a couple of years. I am on a fixed income and by the time the money was taken out of my account, it caused an overdraft, since I didn't have much money left at the time.
This has caused great hardship since the bank continues to charge an overdraft fee of $30.00 every 4 banking days.By the time I get a check at the end of this month, my account will be near $100 in the red.
