This company sent a check to by bank (Green Bank) for 19.99 without my approval. This caused me to have a 31.95 over draft. Someone got a hold of my account number and routing number. Then ordered this over the internet. I had no knowledge of this. I had to close out my account. I think they should reemberse the 31.95 back to me and send it to my address. I will not give this company any information on my account to get the 31.95 back. This has to stop. I am on a fixed income and this puts me in financial problems.
