I am aggressive with telemarketers, having reported several to FCC successfully ending our interaction.
Had to check the net to see "who is the heck"... Of course, they want you to call back so that your telephone number registers which becomes their authorization, so I will be sending a very strong letter certified to this organization.
I am sure that the billing is done through your telephone provider, what else would they have to show proof that I am anyone other than a telephone number.
I would suggest that if the calls continue... Log the date and time, if a message is left, briefly describe what was said.
