OAN Services telephone bill ripoff

I received my phone bill today and was charged 19.95 for premium voice mail monthly fee. After tax total 21.95. Through Verizon phone bill saying billing on behalf of USA voice mail... Through O A N billing services, Inc. Left a phone# 800-892-8424 and of course cannot get through. And also left another billing on behalf of usa voicemail billing Questions call 800-944-9646.

Cannot get an answer but verizon must be aware of this because they state after that Says nonpayment of provider charges will not result in the disconnection of your local telephone service, however collection of unpaid charges may be pursued by the service provider. Verizon is saying the call were forwarded by O A N Services, inc., the clearinghouse agent for USA Voicemail... Tomorrow BBB will be notified..
