RKNETHELP ripoff for spurious billing Florida

The company billed my Master card and Chacking account both on 8/8/06. Both reported on billing statements receceived 9/1/06

Attempted telephone call was reported by automated telephone. Company's voice as not available.

Another number appeared on CC: 8668128317. It looks like a toll free number but it too was declared to be not valid.

Checking account is debited for $39.95 and Mastercard also for $9.95

Purpose for charges are unknown since RKNETHELP does not appear on any documents sent on this PC.
