Responded to an email because I had searched for internet and tv packages to switch my provider - talked to rep who was obviously reading a script but went ahead and placed an order for a modem - then called Comcast and gave order # and price quoted and was told information was wrong and gave me the name of the company - Bridgevine - and said I had to deal with them. Immediately called back and tried to cancel the order and was given unbelievable run around so I asked to speak with a supervisor. Flat out refused me and then disconnected me - I emailed the order I received back and told them to cancel and send me the cancelation - which they did but the amount did not show a minus sign in front of the amount - Credit card was charged the next morning and no credit appeared.
