I've been attempting to shut my consideration for a lot more than 3 months however they WOn't achieve this. We informed them in November to stop our support whenever we shut our charge card bill. They declare their documents don't display any demand to stop support despite our informing them THREE MORE instances when they call demanding cost. After I request to talk to a they request "Protection concerns" like my dadis middle name so when I reply, they declare it generally does not complement their documents and that I can't continue. Them-they request my creditcardnumber or banking account amount to "confirm" my identification. HAHA Easily provide them with such data, they'll do the things they did before and simply continue getting me to get a support I don't need and am not applying. I'm fed up with obtaining calls from people in India who I will barely comprehend. They merely WOn't shut my consideration and proceed requiring I owe going back 8 weeks. Next I'll document a using the FCC. DON'T USE earthlink! 2Catman
