Not Satisfied misrepresented product

I bought pareto logic yesterday and not happy with the product... It did not resolved my computer problems. My order is PTLC-U260211-72CHN. Please cancel this sale and refund my CC $39.94 usd to PayPal.

I tried to remove my CC from the system and it would not allow me. Please remove by CC from your system immediately. I was looking up Windows Defender and my computer redireted me to your site... Not cool.

By the way this is the second time I have tried to post this complaint.
