Demand I owe them cash, however the bill was was paid

I sent them the backup of the cost bill because they declare i owe sunoco cash on the charge card i settled the statement in 2002 shut the card in 2004 they demand i still owe, after I don't... They're really rude people chuckled at me after I believed to quit calling me... They declare they got the consideration in 2003 why then are they worrying me in 2007?? Support
