Double billing, no response New York

I signed up with straight2you in August 03 and paid a yearly subscription fee of $130.00. I also referred my retired mother as well and she signed up.

Well, needless to say, by reading the other posts, we also were billed numerous times. I was billed in Oct. Again for another $130. I called multiple times and talked to Anthony once (remarkably) and he said I'd get a refund. He even sent a receipt of the credit card refund reciept. He also stated that it would be up to 2 billing cycles for it to post.

Since that time, 2 billing cycles have past and still no credit. I have sent emails and voicemails to him asking what is going on with no response.

My mother also was multiple billed, on a monthly plan, and received 3-4 charges every month for her service and finally cancelled. She did receive credits for the over billing but in Dec. She received 2 more charges from them after she cancelled. She finally cancelled her credit card and gave up!

These guy's are ripoff artists and anyone who does business with them is crazy.

I have to admit the service is great and no busy signals, but I can't put up with fraudulent billing!

All I want is my $130 back.
