Straight2you double-billed my credit card for 3 consecutive months before I finally had my credit card# changed. Attempts to contact the billing office proved fruitless. I left messages with our phone # and got no reply.
Other times I ended up speaking with tech support only. The emails I received from the billing office were very vague and they simply would not answer questions that way, only kept saying they would have to call me! I finally spoke to Anthony by phone, who is supposed to be the owner I think. He said he would send me a check. I never received any check.
On January 2nd I called and cancelled the service. Within the next week I received a paper bill which they sent by Airborn Express for services through January 31st! In addition, I have 2 colleagues with whom I work, who also have to use a high speed internet service and who have also been overbilled by Straight2you. One colleague was overbilled almost $400. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. This goes way beyond computer errors!
