In April, I signed up for a Straight2you.net special. I was charged $156 for two years of service. Since April, I have been charged $13,12 different times. Each time I have been charged, I either sent an email, or called Straight2you's crack customer service staff.
Each time I was told a credit was on the way. I have talked to Erik, Tom, who I faxed a copy of my bank statement showing the charges, and Ted. I was told by Tom, over a month ago, that I would have a check within 2 weeks. I was told by Ted, a check was in the mail. As of today... Nothing.
Mr. Owner, if you dare call me a liar, I'll have my bank send me photocopies of all your double billing and post them here, and then sue your butt.
Everything the people from CA and TN said happened to them, happened to me.
