Kbyte 256mb DDR 2100 Not received mail in rebate in 6 months Sold Through Office Max

Bought a Kbyte 256mb DDR 2100 from Office Max and sent my mail in rebate. Received my portion from office max on time but still waiting for the portion of k-byte. The Rebate Service Center is telling me: "At this point I have no date to give you!" 6 months I am fighting with them now. Do not buy anything from K-byte it is junk anyway. And I don't believe they ever sent anything out.
