I bought 4 rancho shocks from their store on 2/23/10 and obtained the very first two shocks (not really boxed together) about 2/28/10 plus they were the incorrect bumps. And so I called-up the 800 number and talked with Michelle and he or she explained she'd place in the return request me which I had a need to deliver them back using the return quantity. (not a problem, things occur right?) Wrong I did not notice something for nearly per week, and so I called back and got somebody various, she mentioned you've to complete the shape online and that they mightnot do something until I did that. And so I did that and waited a later date, subsequently delivered the incorrect bumps back with unique bill return label onto it. I waited nearly another week but still hadnot seen from their website. I sent them-and informed them I'd delivered them the incorrect bumps back and they must have obtained the incorrect types back right now. I acquired an answer lastly having said that they mightnot locate them, where did i deliver them to? (are you kidding me its their very own published return label, where the-hell otherwise wouldn't it proceed?).
