I used Google search engine to find Rancho brand shocks for my 2002 Ford F-150 truck. I went to one of the sponsered links TSE truckstuff.com. They advertised a set of 4 ea. (2 front 2 rear) Rancho shocks for $218.99 free shipping. 1 week later i recieved only the 2 front shocks.
I called TSE truckstuff and spoke with Chris. He said Rancho discontinued that particular rear shock for my truck. He offered 2 lower grade rear shocks instead. I explained to him why i did not want the lower grade shocks, instead i wanted to up grade the 2 rear shocks. He said yes, it would cost an additional $66.00.
I agreed and gave him my credit card number. I have been waiting 2 weeks, still no shocks. Every time i call they say the shocks have been ordered but they don't have a ups or fedex tracking number. The last time i called TSE truckstuff they hungup the phone on me.
They should not advertise parts they can't deliver. I paid $218.99 for 4 shocks. I want the rest of my order or half my money back.
