I bought some shocks for my 2000 expedition (2 wheel dr.) from truckaddons.com. When the shocks arrived they were for a 4 wheel dr. When I questioned the company about it they said the shocks will still work on my 2 wheel dr. Took them to my mechanic to install and guess what? They did not fit on my 2 wheel dr. Shipped them back and they gave me a partial credit because I did not order replacements. They said I had to pay 20% restocking fee plus all shipping ($84.18.) Got in an argument with the general manager and he hung up on me.in the mean time, they tried to sell me replacement shocks that did not exist. So now I am waiting for the credit of the replacement shocks to show on my statement. So now there is another 158.37 that needs to be credited to my visa. Plus I am out $84.18 from the original set. Every time I asked about the credit they said it had been done but when I checked it was not there. Save yourself a major headache and do not do business with this company they have had 182 complaints in the last 36 months (I saw that on a web page after doing a search for truckaddons complaints). Check with the bbb in KY at 1-800-866-6668. When I mentioned their name she said they had a lot of complaints. Bottom line: Do your research before buying online.
