I was moving from one house to another. AT&T could not move my phone and internet at the same time. Then, they fumbled my internet connection and nobody in customer service could tell me why. When I called to complain, they told me for 4 days straight that this was going to be the day that the service will be turned on. Its been 5 days and still no service. When I called to complain, I could not speak to a manager - someone would call me back. Still waiting.
