Terrible customer service.internet has been down numerous times and consequently, we have called AT&T many times — their customer service is the worst. Regret the days that I have to call them. Have to wait minimum of 30-40 minutes on hold EACH time. When I finally reach them, they say I have 15 MBPS, when its actually no more than 2 or 3 mbps. Ridiculous. Just had a representative come to my house, say he was fixing the internet, worked for 30-40 minutes, and then just left without explaining anything. The Internet is down again. Pathetic service.
