The only positive thing I can say about AT&T DSL is that the installer felt bad for the fact that it took over a month just to get our service turned on. The service never improved from there.internet was only available in our dining room and we were told we had to pay for someone to come out and fix the problem. We never had enough internet speed to download anything, our wireless was hit or miss and the internet directly from the modem would also randomly stop working. So, being a military family, when we had to move suddenly, we decided to not continue service, especially since we were told that AT&T didn't provide where we were moving. We were charged almost $200 to stop our contract because after we canceled, they discovered that they do provide service here. We disputed the claims numerous times and were told a member of management would contact us by phone. After a week of nobody calling, we received a letter stating they were going to send our bill to a collection agency. So if you love poor internet speed and connection coupled by AWFUL customer service, go with AT&T.
