I purchased Panda Global Protection 2011. When I saw the charge on my credit card, this was much more than I had anticipated. I requested a refund. Someone from Panda called and assured me that I would get a refund. That was nothing but a LIE!!! This company can NOT be trusted! DO NOT do business with this company unless you like being ripped off.
