Inside a few hours of an internet purchase and before they prepared the deal, I required a termination of the model that I requested and rather needed another gun design. I had been informed they needed to cost mean extra restocking charge (10%) about the first gun before they'd promote me the design that I needed, despite the fact that they accepted they hadn't prepared the very first demand. This coming after I'd previously created a prior purchase of the carbine just a couple times before. These folks were impolite, uncompromising and totatlly unprofessional, not to say shady given that they stated that at that time the deal happened this plan of getting a restocking charge was obviously mentioned on the site just before checkout; it wasn't
