Renewed subscription to Titanium Antivirus early... 9-05 to 2006 version to expire 12-06. Last update caused my computer to block access to internet through DSL service and could not print. Could not contact Panda support as could not access internet. DSL tech support said it showed access denied and a virus. Took computer to computer company, CompUSA. Panda was problem and they refused refund. Comp usa removed panda software and computer and DSL works better than ever before. Suggested Norton and it works perfect. CompUSA says "Panda" is a very poor and unreliable product.
Panda refuses to refund for any renewal even if not being used if over 30 days since renewal, even if product cannot be used.
Also, employees very rude!!!
