This company I'm complaining about, known only as Synapse, provided security services for my Dell computer until 2008 when I bought a MAC and no longer required their services. I telephoned to stop service. Unfortunately I have no written record of this. The company continues to debit my bank account for a service I no longer use. I've tried several times to access the company by phone but have been unsuccessful.
