Panda application like other common application businesses offers several method for individual level application help. I bought Panda Global Safety 2009 and mounted it on my Vista x64 Computer. After first restart, the Computer wouldn't let me click any applications and also the start-menu wouldn't start. Explorer. Exe could hold. Easily named Panda tech support team straight, then I'd be billed $19.95 for this event. This can be a FRAUD. Mistakes in Panda application shouldn't need me to pay for them to fix it. Just option is by using their mail and web-form choices. First, I examined their knowledgebase. It's really small and offers no solutions. I delivered two type demands over a-3 week interval without any reaction. Next, I delivered Panda customer support and tech support team a contact. No reply.
