Won't refund my money

I purchased panda internet security on 12/8. It ran slow on my computer and lock the screen up several times. I uninstalled it and downloaded avg security, no problems. I contacted panda security on 12/12 12/15/11/ 12/17 all i get is a run around. Panda security has a 30 day money back garantee or thats what they say!
