Obtained $39 for magazine subscription from bank account without authorization ripoff

On June 4, upon examining our bank account I noticed a debit of $39 by Synapse Group Inc. For "magazine subscription". This was unauthorized and I have written to the bank about it.in the meantime I looked up the company on Internet and saw that they have had numerous complaints for this kind of practice.

We have never subscribed for magazines although at one time we received Time magazine and I noticed that they have used this company and been involved in complaints.
