Definitely ridicules! Delivery is very sluggish; customer support may be the toughest I've actually handled.installation guidelines weren't within the container rather these were sent for you, I still have yet to get the e-mail using the installation directions and that I have experienced them for 4 times. Named customer support, they possibly do not answer the telephone or they inform me they'll email it in my experience with-in five minutes. I still do not have the directions to set up my product. Definitely useless, Buyer Beware!!!
