For over annually Comcast continues to be getting me regular for Howard Stern, that we never requested and do not view. I've named repeatedly and every time I am informed the cost is likely to be eliminated and I'll not be charged later on.

And every month after I get my statement there's a credit for that overcharged and ANOTHER cost for Howard Stern. It's absurd they can't understand this right.

The final moment I talked to them I had been informed it had been simply because they just eliminated Firm in one of my cable boxes also it must be taken off them all. Huh? However they stated they eliminated it from all the containers and that I wouldn't have this issue again.

Well, you know what? The following month I get my statement and combined with the credit for that incorrect cost, I am billed for another month of Howard Stern.

I've spent hours and hours about the telephone looking to get this resolved and have no idea how to proceed next.

Along with this, many months before a number of the wire stations I Have had for 8 years, and am being billed for, abruptly vanished. After I named I had been informed another tale by every individual I talked to. The final outcome was that despite getting TMC for 8 years, I no further contain it. And also the additional stations allegedly disappeard since I've a faulty DVR package.

So rather than delivering a specialist out to repair or substitute the container, Comcast stated they'd deliver me a brand new DVR plus a prepaid return tag to deliver the faulty box back. Seems like I am performing their work for them, however it preserves me holding out for an inefficient specialist showing up.

So I obtain the new DVR and connect it-up, dropping all of the applications I Have documented. I place the faulty DVR within the container delivered by Comcast, connect the prepaid UPS tag and take it to Mailboxes Etc.

And each month Comcast costs me for that DVR package I delivered. After I contact them-they inform me they never obtained it and do I've paperwork from after I delivered it. I let them know THEY delivered the label so when you-drop anything down to advantages, the Postoffice, Mailboxes Etc., having a prepaid tag, that you don't require, or get, any paperwork

I declare this can be a planned fraud about the past of Comcast.By performing the return in this way they are able to declare they never received them. I've discovered my training and to any extent further, when I return anything prepaid, I'll request paperwork - despite the fact that the area Iam falling it down to claims I-donot require it, does not wish to invest them moment composing it up, etc.

Comcast explained they'd place a track on the bundle (they clearly possess the following range given that they supplied the tag) and contact me back. Which was 8 weeks before and that I still have not seen from their website.

Although I'm arguing the cost for Howard Stern and also the delivered container, Comcast intends to stop my support easily do not spend the entire statement each month.

If there have been another supplier in my own region I'd inform Comcast where you can stuff-it. The moment another supplier is in my own region I'll change AND NOT conduct business with Comcast again.
