Enjoy my sleep, although not having the ability to rest onto it for three months wasn't right. I named to-order an upgraded air-cushion and was informed that it'd get 7-10 days for shipping. And so I settled an additional $20 for just two day shipping. Obviously that is 2 nights following the 2 times it requires to deliver it out. After I got it I smashed a line installation while attempting to do the installation. You know what? 7-10 days to provide a little plastic installation. 8 nights later I obtained the installation (s). Yes 4 fixtures. Them all exactly the same size. But my bed has two different-size tubes likely to each air-cushion. The installation I smashed was about the little hose and also the 4 fixtures they delivered me were for that big line. You Know What? 7-10 more times for that smaller installation to be shipped. I told the woman I had been talking with that I really could not wait 7-10 days. I stated, can not you simply place it within the email today. She said no. Therefore, I requested to talk to her supervisor. She stated her supervisor couldn't do something she could not do. I stated that I'd maintain. 8 minutes later, an other woman arrived about the point and stated she was the supervisor. I informed her about my issue and he or she apologized and stated she'd obtain the installation within the email that evening. I thanked her and said goodbye. The bitch lied. The postmark about the cover was three times after I talked to her and another 3 times for shipping (6 times full). I are in possession of the installation and that I have my mattress back again to regular. But I'll never purchase another rest quantity mattress, of course if anybody asks me what I believe about this I'll exchange this story for them. So much for customer support. Thanks for nothing.
