Robert Hendrix was overly communicative and aggressive during the courting and sales process. Once we made the decision to purchase the software the launch took longer that promised and the software to not perform as advertised. After one full year of trying to roll this software out to our sales agents, we had to purchase another software and take a several thousand dollar loss on the project.
The biggest issue was the lack of accountability on BankCard Pros end. Robert Hendrix would not answer calls or emails regarding issues we were having with the BankCard Pros software. On numerous occasions it took me WEEKS and even MONTHS to get in contact with Robert Hendrix or any employee of BankCard Pros. I have emails and phone records to prove his lack of response and the many issues we experienced with this company. On the rare occasion that he did fix something, it was never communicated to our organization so we would have to waste time checking and testing on a daily basis.
Without any hesitation, I can say our experience with both Robert Hendrix and BankCard Pros was the absolute worst product, with thecustomer service in my 20 years as a business professional. It was an absolute nightmare.
