I paid Robert over $2500.00 to program my application into his software over a year ago and he still hasn't delivered. He he avoids phone calls and emails once the check is cashed

I started working with Robert over a year ago to make an online application for me. I now out over $2500.00 and I still don't have a working application. I have over a 100s emails that I have sent him and I have received no response, support or a working web application. Once your money clears he will not get back in touch. With over 15 years of working with business he has been the worst person I have ever dealt with. At this point I don't expect anything back from Robert however I do want to inform anyone that is thinking of working with him that you will not get what you pay for. So save your self the time and frustration.
