On 08/26 I ordered two memory chips (invoice # 628538 - order# 1048438) for a total of $99.98.
The chips were not compatable with my computer. Using their on-line process, I received a RMA # (628802). The items were sent by the USPS and tracked. They received the items at their designeated location: Silicon Mountain
