Got ripped off, no refund as promised. Goodbye $2,100, thankyou very much

I had first dealt with US Mortgage Funding in January and was convinced in February to send them $2,100 for a loan modification.initially there was good transparency and communication both via email and by phone with ever body within the company. I was eventually declined a loan modification in late April, I requested a refund and it is now almost August and I have yet to see my refund.
