This company called us and solicited us from the internet because we were searching for a loan modification. They had us pay them 2,900 up front and promised to give us a refund if they could not accomplish the loan modification! After two years of them advising us to not pay our mortgage payments they were not able to help us! We requested a refund and have not received one to date. Our experience was horrible and we even felt bullied at times when we would call them for updates on our modification. Please let us know if anyone starts a class action law suit, I would be happy to Join!
